Business process management is about the various ways that organizations analyze, manage and improve their business processes to obtain efficiencies. This online self-paced course introduces the basic concepts of business process management (BPM) and how it can benefit government organizations. Through the use of short videos, exercises and job aids, participants will reflect on the business processes in their organization and gain a better understanding of BPM in a government context.
