Managers play a vital role in supporting organizational efforts to create a workplace that prevents harassment, intimidation, and other hostile or otherwise uncivil behaviours. This online self-paced course explains why it is important for an organization to foster a respectful work environment, and presents strategies for addressing inappropriate behaviours in the workplace. Participants will learn the importance of modelling respect, civility and inclusion in the workplace, and how to recognize inappropriate workplace behaviour and intervene appropriately if an employee is behaving disrespectfully.
