Balancing a healthy personal life and a rewarding career is critical to managing personal and professional responsibilities. This online self-paced course presents techniques for achieving and maintaining a good life balance in the face of expectations, responsibilities, and other external factors. Participants will learn to adopt and channel positive assertive behaviour patterns while recognizing the impacts of aggressive assertive natural tendencies.

  • simplifying possessions, obligations and commitments to bring joy
  • recognizing passiveness and aggressiveness in pursuit of assertiveness
