To achieve a successful compromise in any negotiation, being able to clearly and effectively communicate is an essential skill. This online self-paced course explores ways of communicating effectively to better connect with the other party in a negotiation and facilitate reaching a mutual agreement. Participants will develop skills in setting the proper tone for negotiation, delivering a clear and effective proposal, and reacting positively throughout the negotiation process.
