HR-to-Pay Engagement Day

Engage with peers from departments and agencies that use Phoenix and learn about important updates and activities in HR-to-Pay stabilization. This event is relevant for Pay Centre and Non-Pay Centre organizations alike.

Senior executive guest speakers, expert panellists and information kiosks will offer the latest updates, innovative trends and best practices in the field.

The morning session is intended for heads of HR or corporate services, including up to two direct reports, and will focus on strategic issues. The afternoon session is intended for senior directors, directors and managers in the HR community, and will focus on pragmatic information related to stabilizing pay across the public service.
