Leadership Beyond 2020: Mission Possible
Your mission for ADM Forum 2019, should you wish to accept it, is to tackle the challenges and opportunities of an ADM in the complex environment in which we find ourselves, today and Beyond 2020.
This year's mission is to:
- connect and engage with experienced leaders to discuss issues of relevance to Canada and elsewhere and how these issues affect the work of ADMs
- obtain insights on inclusive leadership, agile talent management and how ADMs can contribute to fulfilling the vision of future leaders, while networking with your colleagues
- discuss with experienced leaders on how ADMs can adopt and lead changes in mindset and behaviour in organizations
- gain a better understanding of the impact of reconciliation at various levels
- engage in an open conversation on civility in the workplace
Will you accept this mission?
