It is widely recognized that mental health is as important as physical health in creating a safe and healthy workplace. This half-day session is the perfect place to learn more about mental health issues and how they affect you at work.

Informative, fast-paced and engaging, this session will cover topics such as the stigma associated with mental health issues, how to develop a caring workplace and the factors associated with workplace wellness and psychological health and safety.
