Measuring for Healthier Workplaces: Power Chat

Measuring for Healthier Workplaces—Power Chat

The effectiveness of efforts to improve mental health and well-being in the workplace cannot be understood without clear data and information on the workforce and the workplace. To obtain this data and information, it's essential to develop a robust measurement strategy. This discussion will cover measurement tools and frameworks that are currently used to gauge the success of healthy workplace initiatives.

This is the fourth Power Chat co-organized by the Federal Workplace Well-Being Network and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. The Power Chat series aims to help employees explore the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy and ways to implement it.

Visit the Learning and training related to mental health in the workplace section on Canada.ca for recordings of previous sessions.
