Awareness of differences and civility in our professional relationships is the first step towards a higher level of excellence. This learning day is an opportunity to explore the advantages of a diverse workforce. The facilitators will also address the effects of prejudice and discrimination in the workplace, both individual and collective.
The Joint Learning Program is a partnership between the Public Service Alliance of Canada and the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and is intended to strengthen participants' ability to influence positive change in the workplace. It reflects the public service's commitment to a workplace that is diverse and free of discrimination.
This learning day is offered at no cost and is designed for all public servants.
