2021 National Managers' Community Symposium

Description

Across the federal government, departments and agencies are adapting to the changing environment: the new reality of virtual work and adoption of Beyond2020 mindsets and behaviours, and the implementation of initiatives to address the harmful impacts of systemic racism and discrimination against Black, Indigenous and other racialized communities, to name only a few.

This year's symposium will address the evolving needs of managers in meeting the government's priorities by focusing on the following themes:

  • reconciliation and the call to action
  • navigating the hybrid workplace model
  • addressing mental health and wellness
  • taking control of your career
