Finding employees with specific skill sets to fill specialized positions within the Government of Canada can be challenging. In this session, we will explore how Canada's Free Agents program can help you quickly fill a resource gap to get your initiative successfully underway.

Join this interactive event to learn about Canada's Free Agents program and walk through the breadth of assignments that free agents are called upon to fulfill. Participants will also learn about leaders' experiences with onboarding free agents in key functions, the varied skill sets that free agents bring to the table, and how to apply for the program.
