Mediation Process: How to be Well Prepared and Represent the Parties


Come and learn more about the mediation process and its preparation from experts in the field of formal and informal conflict management.

Experts in this field will share their perspectives on the mediation process. They will provide sound advice and share lessons they have learned on how to prepare for mediation and how to represent the interests of the parties. A question-and-answer session will follow.

The event, organized by representatives of the Labour Relations Board, the Informal Conflict Management Practitioners' Community, the National Joint Council, and bargaining agents, is aimed at the human resources community and managers, with a particular focus on informal conflict management and labour relations services staff.
