Power Chat: Manager's Role in Building Psychologically Safe and Healthy Teams

Description

We all have a role to play when it comes to making our workplaces psychologically healthy and safe. This event will explore the roles and responsibilities of managers, and how to fulfil them. Our distinguished panel will offer guidance and their expert advice.

While the event is targeted to middle managers, it would benefit any public servant who has people management responsibilities.

This is the 10th Power Chat organized by the Federal Workplace Well-Being Network and the Centre of Expertise on Mental Health in the Workplace. The Power Chat series allows employees to explore the Federal Public Service Workplace Mental Health Strategy and discover ways to implement it. Visit the Centre of Expertise's learning and training section for information on previous power chats.
