This series of learning activities will allow participants from various groups and levels to better understand the current priorities of the Canadian government and their effects on the public service as a whole. The series will offer opportunities to share information, experience and innovative approaches in discussions, workshops or webinars focused on improving or maintaining best practices and leadership skills.
Treasury Board Submission Results Annexes: Best Practices and Lessons Learned
This WebEx presentation is a repeat of the highly popular session on results annexes offered last year as part of the Results Matter Series. The presentation is being offered again for those individuals who were unable to participate in the session last time or who wish to attend again.
The session discusses best practices and lessons learned for developing a Treasury Board submission results annex.
Results annexes are required in most Treasury Board submissions to explain what the proposal aims to achieve, how progress toward goals will be tracked, and how performance will be assessed and reported on.
Representatives from the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat will provide an overview of key considerations to address some of the common challenges that analysts face in completing a results annex. Get your questions ready and join us for the inside scoop on what the Treasury Board is looking for in the context of the Policy on Results.
