Reservists in the Public Service

Every year, hundreds of reservists employed by the public service train on evenings and weekends to hone skills in leadership, organizational management, strategic planning and implementation, situational analysis and change management–competencies valuable to any employer.

By supporting employees in pursuing these practical learning opportunities, supervisors and managers gain important capacity for their teams and their organizations. This special event, organized in partnership with National Defence, offers supervisors and managers an introduction to the Reserve Force and the programs and benefits they can use to support reservist employees.
