This classroom course is the final step in required training for financial officers in the Government of Canada. It links the theory covered in the online courses F111, F112 and F113 with the practical aspects of public finance management. Through application exercises, new financial officers will be exposed to the tools currently used in government financial management.

Financial officers who previously completed F111 and F112 as classroom courses are not required to take the new course F304.
