This program supports the Government of Canada's action plan to support Black public servants and was designed in partnership with the Task Force for Black Public Servants. The program will be offered to 10 cohorts of 30 participants each, for a total of 300 participants in the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
This virtual, instructor-led program is delivered exclusively by experienced Black facilitators and consists of one 6-hour, virtual, instructor-led session per week over a total of 8 weeks. Separate cohorts will be offered for supervisors and managers in both English and French. Participation at all sessions is mandatory.
