A recently retired Assistant Deputy Minister of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), Jacques is proud to support the School's programs and promote research and practice on the role, training and development of executives. The themes of co-creation and collaboration in achieving results remain of prime importance to him, particularly in the context of developing and elaborating inclusive and sustainable policies and programs.

With more than 20 years of experience within the Canadian public service, Jacques previously participated in peacekeeping, capacity-building and human rights verification missions with the Canadian Armed Forces, the United Nations and the Organization of American States. He is particularly interested in identifying and training the next generation of Public Service employees.
