Faculty member: Renelle Chalifoux

Renelle Chalifoux has been working in the Canadian public service since 2001. She became an associate faculty member in 2016 and a faculty member in the winter of 2021.

She has served in a variety of roles at the School, including Manager of Strategic Marketing and Client Analysis, Manager of Outreach and Manager of Business Intelligence. In 2015, she developed a client engagement framework that articulated the strategy needed to onboard government-wide designated points of contacts from nearly 100 federal organizations. In addition, she has implemented business processes, data collection methodologies and standards to better meet client expectations.

Prior to coming to the School, Renelle held positions with increasing responsibilities at Canadian Heritage where she promoted and supported the Canadian Culture Online Strategy. She also worked in the private sector for five years where she organized large trade events and other marketing and communications activities such as public opinion research and website usability studies.

Renelle is passionate about learning and even more so when she assists others in their learning journey.
