Business line: Digital Academy

The School created the Digital Academy in 2018. The objective is to teach Canada's federal public servants the digital skills, approaches, and mindsets needed to transform public services in today's digital age.

What we offer

As part of its activities, the Academy brings together partners from different spheres, including government, academia and the private sector, with the focus on collaboration and the sharing of knowledge and experience. The Academy offers both general and more specialized learning opportunities, in the classroom and online, for public servants at all levels.

The Digital Premium and Digital Leadership components conclude with the practical application of the theory. This "Practicum" portion is where teams of learners from all learning streams will come together to prototype solutions to real business problems. It is aimed at finding concrete solutions that can be applied across the government.
