Introduction to Gender-based Analysis Plus (INC101)

Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA Plus) is both an analytical tool and a process that supports decision-making and the development of responsive, inclusive policies, programs and initiatives. This online self-paced course provides an introduction to GBA Plus and explains how it goes beyond sex and gender to consider other identity factors that interact to shape social, health, and economic opportunities and outcomes. Participants will learn how to turn their GBA Plus insights into action by reflecting on recurring barriers to accessing government services and exploring ways to mitigate them.
