This weekly introductory email-based course is an excellent place to start learning about human-centred design, which is the foundation of modern public services.

Apply design practices and collaborative tools with support from the CSPS Digital Accelerator

The CSPS Digital Accelerator is a transformative learning experience by which individuals and established teams transition to new digital ways of working together to resolve a business problem. It focuses on collaborative human-centred design, product management and agile processes and practices to address a problem, from the initial exploration step to prototyping and testing a proposed solution.
