Build Canada Exchange Learning Path

This learning path provides Build Canada Exchange participants and their host organizations with learning products to assist with their orientation and the ongoing transfer of knowledge.

The Build Canada Exchange (BCE) program (formerly Interchange Canada) facilitates temporary work assignments into and out of the Government of Canada to transfer knowledge and expertise, to meet organizational needs, and to improve networks between the core public administration and other sectors.

Learning products

To support the orientation and knowledge capture of BCE participants into government, three complementary learning products are available from the Canada School of Public Service. While designed for BCE participants and the organizations hosting them, these resources can also serve new public servants, as well as anyone looking to better understand how government works.
